• Application Fee: $32 (non-refundable), per applicant (all residents over 18, and all co-signers)
• Security Deposit: Equal to one month's rent for the unit selected (refundable)
• Pets: - allowed *
  Pet Deposit is $200 (refundable)
  Pet Fee is $100 (non-refundable)
  Plus monthly pet fee of $25 (1 pet); $30 (2 pets)

• Lease Terms: 12 months, flexible leases may be available with a rent surcharge.
